How our work is financed

INFORM is non-profit, but under Swedish law its training costs must be covered fully since it is based at a public university. Interested institutions should enquire about funding alternatives. Support for INFORM workshops has come from numerous funders, examples being Sida, the Raoul Wallenberg Institute, International Science Programs, the International Foundation for Science, the Multilateral Initiative on Malaria, USAID, Médecins Sans Frontières, the World Bank, the Swedish Programme for Information and Communication Technology in Developing Regions (SPIDER), the InDevelop Foundation, Atlantic Philanthropies, and SASNET.
